RankMate is a Google review management and SMS automation platform for Australian trade businesses. We help you request, track, and respond to Google reviews.
Subscription & Billing
- Subscription fee: $99 AUD per month
- Billed monthly via Stripe
- Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees
- Access continues until end of billing period after cancellation
- No refunds for partial months
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only submit customer information for jobs you have completed
- Comply with Google's review policies and Australian spam laws
- Not use RankMate for fake or incentivized reviews
- Maintain accurate business information
- Keep your account credentials secure
SMS Messaging
By using our SMS features:
- You authorize RankMate to send messages to customers on your behalf
- Messages are sent from a shared Australian number
- Customers can opt out by replying STOP at any time
- You are responsible for ensuring customers have consented to SMS contact
Limitation of Liability
RankMate is provided "as is". We are not responsible for Google ranking changes, review removals by Google, or customer responses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service for spam or fake reviews.
Australian Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Perth courts.
